Footy tipping crash and wet weekend

As it happened I kept a commentary going on my Facebook:

Sunday: At 28 min Roosters 8 Cowboys 0. 88% of 735 tipsters in the Kiwi’s Community picked Roosters. HT 14-4. At 56 min 16-10.

At 75 min 16-16! Then Cowboys 18 Roosters 16! OMG!

Saturday: Game 1 — at 30 min Penrith scores. HT 10-0. But at 82 min Dragons 12 Penrith 10. At 75 min 22-10. “Dragons turn the tide in the second half after Panthers teen scores brilliant try.” — ABC. Game 2: at 12 min Raiders 12 Dolphins 6!! HT 18-12. At 60 min 24-18. At 72 min 24-24. At 80+: 25-25! Surely not another draw? Listening on ABC! On golden point Raiders win. 26-25.

Footy tipping and the abyss of Round 13. I checked the Kiwi’s Community page and his followers had come up with these: 50% of 576 tipsters picked the Knights. Sharks 86% of 863! Makes me feel a bit better… Panthers 84% of 852! 70% of 735 picked the Dolphins!

The Kiwi did a livestream for this round, instead of his usual concise edited tips, so I went to his communities for the info above, but today he is back in edited form and here is how he did in Round 13.

Some consolation there, but not much, as here is mine!

So I now bite the bullet for Round 14! I watched The Kiwi after making my own choices, and see we agree on all but one, where he is driven by loyalty, whereas I’m afraid I did not extend that to the Bunnies….
